Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 7Keys services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and 7Keys ("Company", "we", "us").

Summary: By using 7Keys, you accept these terms. If you disagree, please don't use our services.

Service Description

7Keys provides communication infrastructure services for healthcare clinics, including:

  • AI-powered receptionist across phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and web
  • Automated appointment booking and reminders
  • Multi-language patient communication support
  • Analytics and reporting dashboards
  • Integration with calendar and CRM systems

Important: 7Keys provides operational and administrative communication tools only. We do NOT provide diagnosis, triage, medical advice, or clinical decision-making. Healthcare providers retain full responsibility for all clinical matters.

Account Terms

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Be authorized to bind your organization to these Terms
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services
  • Use Services to provide medical diagnosis or treatment
  • Resell or redistribute Services without permission
  • Violate any applicable healthcare regulations

Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate suspension or termination.

Data Ownership & Portability

Your Data: You retain full ownership of all data you input into our Services ("Customer Data"). We process this data solely to provide the Services.

Data Export: You may export your data at any time in standard formats (CSV, JSON). We provide reasonable assistance for data migration.

Upon Termination: We retain your data for 30 days after termination, during which you may export it. After 30 days, data is securely deleted unless legally required to retain.

No Lock-in: We make leaving easy. Your data is yours, and we help you take it with you.

Termination

By You: You may terminate your subscription with 30 days written notice. No penalties or early termination fees.

By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

  • Breach these Terms
  • Fail to pay invoices after notice
  • Use Services in ways that harm us or others

Upon termination, you remain responsible for any unpaid fees. We provide 30 days for data export.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • We are not liable for loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
  • We are not liable for third-party services or integrations

Healthcare Disclaimer: We provide communication infrastructure only. We are not responsible for clinical decisions, medical outcomes, or regulatory compliance of healthcare providers using our Services.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

  1. Negotiation: Good faith discussions for 30 days
  2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, non-binding mediation
  3. Arbitration/Courts: Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction
